At the top of the dashboard you'll find your 5 TruMetrics - the heart of your ratings data, you can check in them each day to get a quick understanding of how your business is performing.

Each metric shows the average of all your ratings for the correlating core question.  For example your Experience score is the average of all your ratings for the question 'How would you rate your experience from 0-9?' over the time period selected in the admin bar on the top right of the dashboard. 

Your overall TruRating score is the average of your total scores for each of the individual ratings questions - by default this will be set to show your score over the last 28 days but you can adjust the date range at the top of your screen to see your ratings over longer or shorter periods as you wish.
