UK - Global Payments - I sometimes see an UPLOAD FAIL message when I perform the end of day process

Your TruRatings should be uploaded automatically when you perform the end of day process on your card payment device but occasionally, there may be a break in internet connection which results in an UPLOAD FAIL message.

This just means that some of your ratings have been uploaded to your dashboard but there are some more still to upload.

There's a very simple fix for this which just takes a minute or two.

There is a PD file attcahed to this page which lists 3 easy steps that you need to follow to manually upload your TruRatings to your dashboard. 

This can be done at any convenient time for you as your ratings uploads are completely separate to your card payments uploads.
