Your rating scores are split into three different TruSegments
Customers who rate between 0 to 5 are classed as Disappointed
ratings between 6 to 7 are classed as Indifferent
ratings between 8 to 9 are classed as Fans
From the pick-lists available, you can select to view individual metric scores or your overall TruRating score. You can also choose which time periods you want to view those rating scores across.
In the example below, we have selected to look at the service scores on an hourly basis across a day.
