Questions are added individually per outlet/ venue as there is the ability to vary the frequency of questions and additional custom questions at different outlets.
If you are a larger business with multiple outlets and usually speak with a TruRating Account Manager, they will be able to help and advise you with your question requirements.
If you are a smaller business, here is how you can look at and amend your question settings
To access the individual questions settings for an outlet, log into your dashboard and select ACCOUNT, choose the which outlet you'd like to adjust the settings for, and then select Questions from the menu on the left.
You'll be taken to the current list of core questions for that outlet, along with any Custom Question options that you might have already set up.

From an outlet's question menu you can adjust the frequency of your questions (how frequently they'll appear on rotation in your venue - low, medium or high), set TruTargets to be plotted against your dashboard charts and also add or edit any of your custom question options.
Your core 5 questions ( Product, Service, Experience, Recommend & Value) are determined by the business type that you entered when you created your TruRating registration and these cannot be changed directly from your question menu.
