Questions are added individually per outlet as you have the ability to vary the frequency of questions and additional custom questions at different outlets.

To access the individual questions settings for an outlet, select ACCOUNT, choose the which outlet you'd like to adjust the settings for, and then  select Questions from the left-hand menu.

You'll be taken to the current list of core questions for that outlet, along with any Custom Question options that you might have set up.

From an outlet's question menu you can adjust the frequency of your questions (how frequently they'll appear on rotation in your venue), set TruTargets to be plotted against your analytic charts and also add or edit any of your custom options. 

Your core 5 questions ( Product, Service, Experience, Recommend & Value) are determined by the business type that you entered when you created your TruRating registration and these

cannot be changed directly from your question menu.
