If you are a larger business with multiple outlets and usually speak with a TruRating Account Manager, they will be able to help and advise you with your question frequency requirements.

If you are a smaller business, here is how you can look at and amend your custom question frequency  settings.

The frequency with which each of your core questions appears on your card payment terminals can be adjusted from the main Question settings for your outlet. 

To access the individual questions settings for an outlet, select ACCOUNT, choose the which outlet you'd like to adjust the settings for, and then select Questions from the left-hand menu.

Your questions default to the medium frequency, which means that each of the questions appear at a roughly equal rotation on your card payment terminal. If you want a particular question to be asked less or more frequently, please just select the 'low' or 'high' button and select the blue 'save question configuration' button.

Changing your weighting settings can be useful if you want to dig into a particular function of your business or even test a potential change ahead of time using a custom question that yuou would like to be asked more frequently..
