As well as rating when making a purchase via your website, your customers will have the have the optional ability to leave a written comment.
You are able to view all online comments as soon as they arrive at your Dashboard by clicking on the blue arrow within the Reviews panel at the bottom left of your Online Dashboard.
When viewing your customer comments, you have the ability to filter through Positive, Neutral and Negative comments.
There is also a 'Top mentions' section which picks up the most mentioned comments left specifically for your business so that you can click through and just view those comments directly.
Or you can search for specific words.
You also have the ability to choose different search parameters such as time periods and you can download all data instantly via an excel sheet.
