If I have multiple stores or venues, can I have different questions?


Yes, you can operate different question combinations at different stores/ venues across your business.

You can also operate different questions within your own store 

e.g on automated checkouts or at different departments instore

From your Dashboard, you will have the ability to view your ratings at each individual store/department level and also compare ratings across stores.  

We can provide head office and store level staff with different log-in and permission levels, enabling you to give staff the ability to view the dashboards for just their store, without having access to every store across your business.
