An overview of your TruNPS score can be found at the bottom right of your main dashboard page.
When you click on the blue arrow, you are taken through to a list of stores and (depending on the hierarchy of your business) you can compare scores by store. district, country or brand.
As your TruNPS score is based upon your Recommend question, to view the trends, ATV & heatmap for NPS, you can access this information by clicking on the blue arrow next to your core Recommend question on your main dashboard screen. Here are instructions on how to view your Trends pages.
The TruNPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of disappointed customers from the percentage of fans using the scores from your core Recommend question.
