TruRating Online comments sentiment analysis - coming soon

Very soon, we will be launching an exciting new feature with our Online service.

When viewing your customer comments, you will soon have the ability to filter through Positive, Neutral and Negative comments.

There will also be a 'Top mentions' section which will pick up the most mentioned comments left specifically for your business so that you can click through and just view those comments directly.

As usual, you will also be able to choose different search parameters such as time periods and will also be able to download all data.
