If I have multiple stores or venues, can I have different questions?

Yes, you can operate different question combinations at different stores/ venues across your business.

From the Dashboard, you will be able to view your ratings at each  individual outlet level and also compare ratings across outlets.  We can provide head office and outlet-level staff different log-in and permission levels, enabling you to give staff the ability to view the dashboards for their outlet, without having access to every outlet across your business.

If you are a larger business with multiple stores and usually speak with a TruRating Account Manager, they will be able to help and advise you with your question requirements.

If you are a smaller business, please contact us here with an idea of the area that you'd like feedback upon then we will send you some suggested questions to approve, that will fit within the screen of the payment device that you use.
