How can I filter my view?

You can filter your view by timeframe, touchpoint, and outlet, or a combination of all three.

Note: If your organisation has set up "outlet tags" during the onboarding process, you may also see an additional "Tags" filter.

Timeframe

  1. Select the default timeframe to open up the date filter
  2. Select from the predefined ranges, or choose a custom range
  3. Select “Apply”

Touchpoints

  1. Select the default touchpoint to open up the touchpoint filter modal
  2. Choose one or more touchpoints to filter your data
  3. Review your selections in the sidebar
  4. Select “Apply”

Outlet

To choose outlets you want to include in your dashboard data…

  1. Select the default outlet to open up the outlet filter
  2. Expand or collapse the outlet menu
  3. Choose the outlets you want to include
    • Check icon indicates that some, but not all children of that node are selected
    • Hyphen icon indicates that some all children of that node are selected
  4. Review your selections in the sidebar
  5. Select “Apply”

The list of outlets available to select will be based on the touchpoints you’ve selected.

Tag
Outlet Tags denote specific attributes of a given outlet. If your organisation set these up during onboarding, the Tags filter will enable you to filter your view on one or more tags.

In the example below, this would return data for any outlets that have either the "New" or "Traditional" store format tag.

In the example below, this would return data for any outlets that have both the "New" store format tag and the "Chain" store type tag.

The Tags filter also works in harmony with the Outlets filter.
For example, say you have selected a specific region/area/district via the Outlet filter to return all outlets within that particular territory. Subsequently applying the Tag filter will further reduce that set, returning only outlets within that particular territory that also match the tag criteria you selected.
