The term "TruDI" stands for "TruRating Data Intelligence" - TruRating's conversational AI agent.
If you have been granted access to TruDI, you'll find it directly within TruHub - via either the dedicated "Ask TruDI" button in the product header or via the floating widget in the bottom-right of the TruHub interface.
How does it work?
Simply ask a question in plain language, and get an answer drawn from your TruRating data - store-level insight, trends, and comparisons - without needing to build a report or interpret a dashboard yourself.
