To add a new user to TruHub within “Account Admin”, first visit the “Manage Users” page and select “Add User(s)”.

- Enter the email address of the new user (or multiple email addresses, one per line, if adding multiple users).
- Choose whether you wish to auto-populate the user's name field based on the email address(es) - e.g. john.smith@trurating.com would result in "john smith". This is helpful in the event of adding multiple users, but you can also add user's names manually in step 2 if you prefer.
- Assign this user (or these users) a “Role” (Default, Explorer, Enterprise, Admin). This will apply to all users currently being added but you can refine this on a per user basis in step 2.
- Optionally assign this user (or these users) one or more "Groups". This will apply to all users currently being added but you can refine this on a per user basis in step 2.
- Optionally assign which areas of the organization the user can view. This will apply to all users currently being added but you can refine this on a per user basis in step 2.
Select “Next” to progress to step 2.

Here's where you can optionally refine the details for each new user you entered in step 1:
All of the following fields can be amended on a user by user basis:
- Email address
- Name
- Role
- Group(s)
- Outlet access permissions
Alternatively, via the quick form at the top of the interface, you may also choose to update all of these new users to share the same Role, Group(s) and/or outlet permissions as required.
Need to quickly include another user? Just select "Add another user" to add a new row to the table.
No longer wish to add a particular user in this session? Just select the "X" icon to remove the row from the table.
Once you are happy with the details for all users, just select "Add users" in the bottom right. These new “Pending” users will be added to the “Manage Users" page and an email will be sent directly to the them, containing full instructions on how to complete TruHub registration in order to become "Active".
