What questions will my customers be asked?

Each business that uses TruRating is assigned five core questions that are asked on a rotating basis, defined by the type of business that you run. 

The TruRating questions have been carefully selected to ensure that the information captured is always that most relevant to your business sector.  

The 5 core metrics are Service, Product, Atmosphere, Value & Recommendability.  The text of the questions are fixed by sector which allows for performance benchmarking against other similar businesses (in an anonymous pool to protect confidentiality). 

You can also run custom questions in each venue that you operate yourTruRating service. That enables you to really dig into and investigate issues that are specific to your business or management team.
