Configure Visualizations for a given Section

What are visualizations?

Within each section of a touchpoint, various types of visualizations (e.g., Overview, Trend Over Time, Heatmap) are available. 


Users with the appropriate roles can configure which visualizations are displayed along with the order in which they are presented on the dashboard:

  • Admin and Enterprise users can configure visualizations in a touch points on dashboards accessible to other users.

  • Explorer users can configure visualizations in a touch point for their private dashboards only.

  • Default users don't have permissions to configure dashboards. 


How to configure visualizations

  1. Locate the gear icon beneath the list of visualizations (as shown below):

  2. Select the gear icon to open the pop-up configuration window (as shown below). Here you can:

    • Toggle visualization visibility: Use the checkboxes to choose which visualizations you want to display in this section

    • Reorder visualizations: Click and drag the   icon to rearrange the order of visualizations as needed

  3. Save Changes: Once you’ve made your adjustments, ensure you save your changes to apply the updated configuration
