The Dashboard Library is the place to access all of the dashboards to which you have access and can be accessed from within the "Dashboards" navigation in the TruHub header.
Each dashboard in the library displays the dashboard name, owner, share status (private or shared), last updated date, favorite status and a “more” actions menu.
Selecting the dashboard name will open that dashboard.
Depending on your user role the "more" menu provides an array of further options.
Locating a specific dashboard
User with access to a single dashboard
- This dashboard will be what you see by default when accessing the platform.
- The “Dashboards” menu in the header is still accessible but will only include this one dashboard and a link to the Dashboard Library.
- The Dashboard Library will still be accessible to you but will only include this one dashboard.
User with access to two or more dashboards
- The “Dashboards” menu in the header will include quick links to any personal or user group defaults, recently viewed, any favorites you may have applied, and a link to the Dashboard Library.
- The Dashboard Library will include all dashboards to which you have access, whether private to you or shared with you by other users.
- Where this results in a significant volume of dashboards (such as the case for Admin role users who can view all other user’s dashboards), the tabs, search and filtering options can help you quickly locate what you are looking for.
