Manage Users

To manage users, first visit the "Manage Users" page with “Account Admin”.


Manage a single user

To edit a single user record:

  • Locate the user in the table via the search or filters 
  • Select the users name or the edit icon 

Here you can change:

  • Role (Default, Explorer, Enterprise, Admin) 
  • Group associations
  • Outlet access & permissions

To resend a new user registration emails (pending users only):

  • Locate the user in the table via the search or filters 
  • Select the send icon 

To a remove a user's access to your organization:

  • Locate the user in the table via the search or filters 
  • Select the trashcan icon 


Manage multiple users

To edit multiple user records:

  • Check the checkbox alongside each user you wish to edit  
  • Select "Bulk edit"

Here you can change the following across each of the selected users:

  • Role (Default, Explorer, Enterprise, Admin) 
  • Group associations
  • Outlet access & permissions

To resend new user registration emails (pending users only):

  • Check the checkbox alongside each user
  • Select "Resend registration email" 

To a remove multiple user's access to your organization:

  • Check the checkbox alongside each user
  • Select "Remove access"
