Trend over time
See how scores change over time within the active time period. Hover on the chart to view scores for that day.
Heatmap
See how scores vary by day, shift, or hour. Hover on any cell to view the score and rating quantity.
Leaderboard
See how stores stack up against each other across all of your TruMetrics.
High and Low Performers
See the highest and lowest scoring outlets for all of your TruMetrics.
Response Share
See the % breakdown of responses by segment (0-5,6-7,8-9) within the active time period.
Average Customer Spend
