If you’re collecting qualitative feedback at any touchpoint – e.g. user comments – you’ll see the Comment Sentiment section in your dashboard.
Here you can…
- View the % breakdown of comments by sentiment within the active date range
- Hover over any portion of the chart to see the % and quantity
- View top mentions within the data range at a glance
To see verbatim comments select “View all comments”. Each comment includes:
- Comment text
- Sentiment
- Touchpoint
- Question and response
- Date of comment
You can also filter comments by question category and sentiment.
